Sorry it has taken so long to send this email to you but by then time we returned form our honeymoon and got settled back in to normality. Anyway we really thought that franco were superb. The singer Craig has an amazing voice to go with his cheeky grin. They covered all bases from the ceilidh to the covers and were everything that we could ask for for our big day. I would just like you to pass on our thanks for franco who played at our wedding at Dundas castle They were fantastic from the start and had everyone up and dancing, even my Dad who never usually dances was dancing! Their musicianship and wide range of material meant there was something for everyone. They were also really nice guys and made an excellent job of learning our Biffy Cyro song for the first dance. Sorry it's taken so long to personally say thanks for the gig you did for our wedding on the 29th o may this year at the Castle Rooms. I couldn't have asked for better- courtesy, professionalism, and most importantly, musical dynamite! We ve had so much positive feedback ( from some surprising sources ! ) from the set you guys played from our guests but my Mrs was blown away by your version of "preacher man" as our first dance as was i - was a proper hair on the back o your neck moment when you were playing it and we can't thank you enough for taking the time and effort to learn a song which i know is outwith your current (normal) repotoire.I took a couple of minutes through a song to stand at the back of the room and the 'floor was just jumpin with all ages from 10 to early 80's - quite a sight i can assure you! You were SO good that even my dad ( the minister on the day ) was up jumpin about to "sex on fire"!!!!! - thats a moment which will live with me for ever and ever!
So Craig, if you could say to the guys please just how much we loved your set and Steve, if theres a format for testimonials for the guys, I'd be delighted to put together a few words as I could not have wished for a better band and a more professional outfit on the day and would love to perhaps help the boys get a few more gigs with a white hot review!
